What ages do you care for? +
We care for children ages 2 through 12. For infants under 2, please contact us as arrangements may differ and additional staffing may be required.
How many children can you handle? +
We maintain a 1:5 caregiver-to-child ratio at all times. We can accommodate groups of any size — for 20+ children we'll build a custom staffing plan and quote for your event.
Are your staff background checked? +
Yes. Every caregiver undergoes a comprehensive multi-state criminal background check and reference verification before they ever work an event. All staff are also CPR and First Aid certified.
Where do the children stay during the event? +
We work with your venue to designate a dedicated childcare area — typically a private room or sectioned-off space. We coordinate directly with your venue coordinator ahead of time to ensure the space is appropriate and set up correctly.
What areas do you serve? +
We serve venues throughout North Florida and Georgia, including Jacksonville, Orange Park, St. Augustine, Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, and the greater Southeast Georgia corridor. Venues outside this range may be available for an additional travel fee — contact us to confirm.
What is your cancellation policy? +
The $125 booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date will not incur additional charges. Cancellations within 60 days may be subject to a partial event fee. Full details are provided in our service agreement.
